1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing QSuite through any browser or device, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using QSuite on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
Qualitas Suite is a browser-based quality management application designed to support quality professionals and ISO practitioners.
The Application currently includes the following modules:
- Analysis: Statistical process control and data analysis tools.
- Veritas: Audit management and findings tracking (forthcoming).
- Mejora: Corrective action management (forthcoming).
The Application operates entirely within your browser. Data you enter is stored locally on your device using browser storage mechanisms (IndexedDB) and is not transmitted to any external server unless explicitly stated for specific premium features.
3. Assumption of Risk
The Application is provided as is and as available. Your use of QSuite is entirely at your own risk.
Suprema Qualitas does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the Application or its outputs for any particular purpose.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
- QSuite is a productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional judgment or expert consultation.
- Any outputs, calculations, charts, analyses, reports, or recommendations generated by the Application are for informational and decision-support purposes only.
- Outputs should be independently reviewed and validated before use in any regulated, safety-critical, or compliance context.
- Suprema Qualitas does not guarantee that the Application will be free of errors, interruptions, or defects.
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for the decisions you make based on the Application outputs.
- No output from QSuite constitutes legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance advice.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suprema Qualitas expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:
- The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
- Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Application or its results.
- Warranties that the Application will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis.
- Warranties that defects in the Application will be corrected.
No oral or written information or advice given by Suprema Qualitas or its representatives shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Suprema Qualitas, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
- Business interruption or productivity losses.
- Errors or inaccuracies in outputs generated by the Application.
- Failure to meet audit, compliance, or regulatory requirements.
- Any decisions made in reliance on the Application outputs.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Suprema Qualitas has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Your Data and Privacy
6.1 Local Storage
QSuite is designed as a privacy-first application. By default, all data you enter is stored locally on your device within your browser (IndexedDB).
This data does not leave your device and is not accessible to Suprema Qualitas.
6.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security, backup, and management of data stored locally in the Application.
Suprema Qualitas has no ability to recover data lost due to browser data clearing, device failure, or accidental deletion.
6.3 Future Features
Certain future features (such as cloud sync or AI-powered tools) may involve server-side processing.
If and when such features become available, they will be clearly disclosed, and applicable data handling terms will be provided at that time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use QSuite only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application source code for malicious purposes.
- Use the Application to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws or third-party rights.
- Misrepresent outputs from the Application as certified compliance assessments or validated software results without independent verification.
- Use the Application in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
8. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its design, code, content, module names (Analysis, Veritas, Mejora), and the Qualitas Suite and Suprema Qualitas brands, are the intellectual property of Suprema Qualitas and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.
You retain full ownership of the data you enter into the Application.
9. Availability and Modifications
Suprema Qualitas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time, with or without notice.
We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We will update the effective date at the top of this document when changes are made.
10. No Professional Advice
Nothing in QSuite constitutes legal, regulatory, safety, or compliance advice.
The Application does not replace consultation with qualified professionals for matters related to ISO certification, occupational health and safety, environmental compliance, or any other regulated domain.
Outputs from the Application should be treated as supporting tools, not authoritative assessments.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Suprema Qualitas's place of business, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
